Default Where to ride in Alabama!!

Just looking for some good spots to ride in Alabama. Our usual spots are: Bowl (Closed), Kentuck, Millcreek MX and Maplesville. Anyone know of great places to ride? Thanks

They have Monster Mountain Mx outside of Montgomery and there is a place to ride at near mobile called the Spanish Fort. Don't Know much about that place. You can go to Motocross.com and click on Tracks and then search under AL. and it will list a bunch of tracks and places to ride.

When did they close the Bowl? The Bowl had the most insane trails in Alabama. There is a place called Dirty Dog in Phenix City. You can call Extreme Motorsports(not sure about the name) in Columbus, Ga. It is small compared to the Bowl and Kentuck. Do they have trails at Monster Mt. or just mx tracks?

The bowl closed a few months ago. That was the best place to ride in Alabama not to mention it was 15min. from my house. What type of riding is the dirty dog? Is it anything like the bowl as far as hillclimbs, jumps a million trails etc. We ride kentuck every now and then it just gets kind of boring out there, don't get me wrong the trails are fast but they have been getting really rutted out lately and there's not many challanges out there. Thanks for the info on riding spots.

Dirty Dog has a mx track which is fairly nice, about ten miles of trails and some mudholes. The mudholes are for serious 4x4(quads)only. They do not have any hills like the bowl. There are a few spots off of the trails that make it kind of interesting. My biggest complaint is that it is too small. If you have any friends w/ 4x4's(quads) they will love it. The best spot is the one that was in the Sept. or Oct. Dirtwheels. I can't remember which issue, but it was the one w/ the the Predator on the cover. I can't remember the name of the place, but I have been there about four or five times. It is near Macon, Ga.. They have some very nice trails, mudholes, open fields and a field for dragracing. I talked to the owner about putting a 100yard dirt dragstrip. I said that he would think about it. Call the number and ask him about putting that strip. Too bad I left my Dirtwheels at work and I won't be back at work until Thrusday(can't think of the name). There are normally at least three or four hundred quads everytime I go. It is the best spot open.

I would love to line up against that dale. I have never seen one in action. Did the exhaust and remapping make a big difference?

Why did they close the Bowl?
