Things I KNOW need replacing
1: Get new float bowl screws!!!
Questionabls
1: any seals I need to replace???
2: any thing else need replacing?
DynoJet settings.
I will get getting a pipe, not sure witch one. I will also get the CDI. I will NOT modify the airbox. Should I follow the instructions for jet sizies and A/F screw?

 

i have some gator channeel locks that i used to break loose the bowl screws, and didn't have to replace them. it is a rubber gasket around the bowl. other than than that just turn the fuel off and open the screw at the bottom of the bowl, to drain and go for it.

 

Are you going to put a K&N filter on it? If you are going to put on a pipe and CDI box you should do a air filter as well, and go with stage 1 instructions with the airbox lid on and stage 3 with the airbox lid off.
Float bowl screws are 4mm stainless allen head.
You don't need to replace the gasket.
The mixture screw is around 2 1/2 to 3 turns.
