Skat Trak Extremes (What Size??)
#1
I just sold my 10 paddle Edges on Ebay in order to get some Extremes. From what I have read the 22x11x10 9 paddle seem to be the best choice, what does everyone think? Will a 15T front spk compensate for the larger tire size?(I hope to improve my drag performance)- Also does anyone run these tires with stock fronts? (How do they turn) Thanks in advance!!!!!

You made the perfect choice! 22"'s are the way to go, 15tooth sprocket helps but the ultimate combo is a 15/43. They work ok with the stock fronts, But I just bought a new pair of Dune runners for the front and I wish i would have done it a long time ago!

I just put a set of 22x11x10-10paddle extremes on the last time out . I am used to a V paddle and the ability to roost in turns. Well, I quickly learned there is no such thing as roostin in a turn with these things its all about weelies and front tire pushing. In fact turns now are an excercise in throttle control and hanging off the side. They are absolutly awsome on the hill and the drags though. So i use the V paddles for dunnin and the extremes for shootin the hill

20x11 9 paddles or 8 paddles with 15t front sprocket is the way to go, 22" will hit your heel gaurds landing jumps, the extremes have 1/4 larger paddles they will really rip into the heel gaurds.

I got my 22X11X10X8 paddle at Jim's (580) 824-2021 @ the best price I could find. Guess I don't jump as high as every body. Never hit guards yet. Love the 8's.
