Do you know what they were charging just for the tires?

You have to cut the outside most ears (the part that sticks out) off the heel guards or the extremes will not only hit them, it will rip them apart. I made the mistake and now I am buying a new set of heel guards. If you cut the ear off you shouldn't have a problem.

I wasn't ignoring you, I was out of town all week on business.

I have Kenda Trakkers but they suck, traction is minimal. There are plenty of other good v-paddles like I heard the geckos are decient and the Sand Sharks are good. I may be buying a new pair soon.

 

i've got the 02 baja with the 22x11x10x9 extreame haulers and i still have about 1" clearance from the heal guards when i bounce on the back and i have no problem jumping with them.

 

are geckos or paddlemasters good?

 

geckos are ok general dune tire paddlemasters are boat anchors
