Anyone have one of these? My son has an E-ton lightning 50 that has been great, unfortanately he is outgrowing it quickly. If anyone has one of these newer ones with the rear hydraulic disk brakes, let me know what you think about it.
Thanks

fearsys, how was the eton 50 on overall power? like in loose dirt or sand. I just bought an 03' eton Viper 50 for my 5 year old. It is for christmas so it will be awhile before I have a chance to see how it will be on power and reliabilty.

My son has a 2001 E-Ton YXL 150 he is 11 years old. It is a great machine no motor or clutch problems the only problems we have is the brakes and they fixed that problem with disk brakes. The motor has lots of power we do lots of hunting and trail riding. I hope this helps!

Sportsman400, The power on the lightning 50 isn't that bad. It is faster and more powerful than the LT50 my friend bought for his son, but with the size of my 9 year old it leaves a lot to be desired. I bought it for him when he was 6 (almost 7) and quickly wished I had bought the 90 instead. Its chassis size was the same and the tires were bigger. Reliability has been GREAT. This little machine is absolutely BULLETPROOF. He has given it hell and I have had no problems whatsoever. The only thing I really don't like is the chain adjustment.

Wcrook, Thanks for the info. I was wondering about the power that it has. I am more of a 4 stroke fan myself. I like the predictable power of a 4 stroke. I am going to pick his new one up in two weeks. I can't wait 'till Christmas!

So far I am very happy with the Yukon. We haven't had a problem with it (except for the broken headlight from when he rear ended my Scrambler). The power is great. My fiance even enjoys riding it.
