swing arm pivot bolt on Atc 350x

Default swing arm pivot bolt on Atc 350x

i have a question for any one who is knowlegable on ATC's or any swing armpivot for that matter , how is that bolt supposed to come out i have been pounding on it for a while and it dosent budge i have so i can turn it but it wont come out for any thing. any input is verry helpful i want to get it back together for riding season next year thanks in advance for any help.

hey i own a atc 200x and had the same problem, first u'll need a new bolt, a punch and a dril bit and a hammer, u drill a hole in the end of the bolt bout 1/8th inch deep insert your punch and beat the crap out of it wit a hamer. i've also seen them get so bad ppl have taken a sledge hammer to em, the reason y it will spin is because the sleve spins in side the bearings, the bolt is actully stuck to the sleeve .

to keep it from freezing again you should have a grease fitting put in, and u should occasionally check it to be sure it moves freely.
