We have an 2000 arctic cat 300 4X4 and when ever i try to start it all it does is make a clicking noise somtimes the start will catch and it will just barely have enough power to turn the engine over. it seems like the battery is shot or something????? any of you guys had this happen or have any ideas???? thanks guys

 

Sounds like its just a bad connection. try Cleaning your battery contacts as well as the connections on the started, this will probably solve your problem. If it doesnt then i would check the voltage at the battery with a simple tester. If that checks out, its probably the starter solenoid.More then likely its just dirty connections.

 

Sounds like your bat is pooched. Have you done your maintainanc?, they do go down in fluid regularly.
