This is the first Polaris I've owned, this thing is huge! I never thought I'd spend that much on a quad I couldnt race!
I got a 48" blade with it but I am thinking about exchanging it for a 60" (the 48 is still in the box). What width are you guys using? I got the warn winch to lift the blade so weight isnt an issue.

i don't know if a 48" blade will work. my dealer recommended a 60" for my sp500 so i can't imagine a 48" on a 700.
i have done commercial plowing with Moose plows and they are heavy and strong. i wish they made a 72" for the sp700. i think the 700 has both the power and traction to push a blade that wide.
anyways, whatever width you have, you will have a blast plowing with a 700. it never ceases to amaze me how much snow the 700 can push. it's amazing!

I just picked a a 700 too. I'm planning on putting on a blade also. Go with the 60 inch blade. I have a 60 inch plow on me 335 Sportsman and power has never been a problem. I mostly plow in high range. You will loose traction before you loose power.
