DS 90 lost power help!!

DS 90 lost power help!!
Lost all power goes about 5mph, has oilygas mixture coming out of exaust and plug is pretty wet.
Wondering if I'm not getting enough spark to ignite all the gas. I recently had to change the coil assembly on my scrambler 90 but the symptoms were diffrent (loss of power but no mixture coming out exaust) any suggestions??? Also I got shocked when wiggling the plug wire is that normal??
