Does anyone out there have any experience with the High-Lifter Big Bore kits for the 450s? I'm
considering getting one since I need to re-ring mine anyway. This is supposed to bring the actual cc rating from 432 to 475. This uses a larger piston, sleeve,and cam. I'm just wondering about reliablity vs. horsepower gain. Will it make it run hotter? Will I need to rejet the carburator? Any other mods that must be made to make it work that I am not thinking about? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
