I have a 2002 Sportsman 500 H.O. and the rivet that holds the PVT housing onto the frame (by the footwell) keeps coming off. Anyone else had this problem. It's doesn't effect anything but I do hear additional vibration noise when going at slow speeds.

 

I never noticed any rivets.
Your talking about the inner clutch cover,right??
