Anyone have pictures of their cut fenders on scramblers I would like to look at some of your various cuts before I go to cutting on mine[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

Look at my pics I shaved the front and rear fenders.

 

I have the fronts cut pretty good and the rears have about an inch or a little more taken off.Bubba

 

Me and Scramblerized will try to get some pictures of our machines online soon. We both cut our fenders with a dremel. They look good, his front fenders came out great and my back ones did. Maybe if we took some more time we could have gotten two good projects done. TTY

I've got a 99 TB that has the fenders cut. There are pictures of it in

Was there anything else that you guys used to cut your plasctic?

 

You can use a jigsaw, tin snips or metal cutting shears or a roto-zip.

 

I used an air cut-off wheel, then contoured the edges with a side grinder. Smooth the edges out with a razor knife followed by some sandpaper. Worked perfect for me.Bubba
