I bought a twist throttle assembly without a cable, now I have to change the cable. Can anyone help me with this? How do I go about doing this? Can I buy a ready made up cable? What about the auto-lube?

The throttle change will not have any effect on the auto lube. If you need info on how to change the auto lube to premix, call Trinity Racing, they have a kit to block it off for around $12.I bought the motion-pro thwist throttle with the cable. If you take the cable off you will have to run a by-pass from the 2 wires coming from the throttle to where they went. It's pretty easy. The only thing so far I don't like about the twist throttle is when you go through whoops it feels like the throttle is hard to control other than that my thumb sure does like it!!

Baloo,
If you know the brand name of your twister, call them to see if they stock a cable for your ride, and they also may have the kit for the Blaster. As far as throttle control is concerned, if you experience difficulty in controlling the twister in whoops or any other terrain, it is usually an improper riding position. Be sure to keep your elbows up high and bent. This is the proper form regardless of the type of throttle and your wrists will be on top of the throttle or even slightly forward of the top, making it nearly impossible to accidently twist it on further than you want it to be.
