From what others have posted here, the Wolverine will run in the 60's, the Eiger in the low 50's. So I would say Wovlerine.

Id like to race an Eiger on a stock Wolverine myself because I think I could beat it. Wolverine runs high 50s and I know the Eiger is a pretty powerful bike and Ive got respect for it but I think I could take it. It would be close.

Trails I would say Wolverine. Its like 100 pounds or more lighter than the Eiger and alot smaller in size. But on the straight I bet it would be a close call.

I am hoping the Wolverine. I am days away from an '04. I have a '03 Eiger manual and it is not fast, dead start Polaris 330 jumps it every time. 88 Polaris sport 400 smokes it. I would not believe low 50's maybe 47 is more like it. I have wound mine up a 100 times looking for a different result always the same. The transfer case alone probably uses up 10 HP plus a 100 more pounds. The eiger is a powerhouse with solid mechanicals - it's just not fast or a sport ride.
