I was looking into buying a 2003 honda rancher 4x4 and was wondering about the quality and power and speed it will have please comment on this

 

Quality is first rate. The Rancher is the "in between bike", not to big and not to small. As for power and speed both are reasonable, but hey, it is only a 350. I don't have a lot of use for the stock tires. Replace them with Holeshot ATR's, and it's a whole new (more sporty) bike!! An aftermarket pipe and K&N will perk it up quite a bit.
