Default Raptor Wrench Heads "Torque"

Ok lets see what kind of tech guys are around here. Can anyone tell me the formula fo converting hp into torque. I found one but not sure it right. It is (5250 x peak hp)/ peak hp rpm = foot lbs of torque. This should be at the crank so you can multiply your torque through your gears for torque at wheels. Well Thanks for any info. Hopefully Knowsalot will have the answer.
