Ozark 250

I need a little help!! MY wife rode My KFX400 Kawazuki and now wants one of her own. I limited the throttle to about 1/4 of the travel so She didn't kill Herself. I really need a auto-clutch model, and of course electric start. Suspension is not critical, nor is tons of power, She will ride in the Sand Dunes here in Ca. which can suck up some power on even smaller hills. Any problems I should be aware of ??
The Honda is nice, but she likes the floorboards of the Suzuki, and of course she likes the Suz yellow better than the Hon Yellow, more worried about color than anything else!! Actually she likes the Yam Breeze in blue, but at only a 125 and full auto-trans it won't have enough power to lug her around the dunes.
Thanks KFXBob

My Nephew rode my Wifes Ozark at Winchester Bay on the Oregon Coast. It did pretty well for only being a 250cc. It wouldn't make it up the BIGGER Dunes (Winchester has some of the tallest dunes in Oregon), but for the most part, made a respectable showing. It impressed everyone that was riding with us.
The New LTZ250 (Comming Soon) will probably be a better choice (Same pretty Yellow color). It is supposed to have more Power and Weigh less. However, it won't have floorboards.

Thanks RPM, the wife won't even think of going up and especially down the bigger dunes, Just wants a playbike to ride in the lower rolling hills and trails etc. And I was thinking about takeing it to Colorado to go fishing at some hard to access lakes/streams, the racks would come in handy there.
I seen pics of the LTZ250, looks nice, but no racks/floorboards and I don't think she will wait much longer, Prez Day weekend at Glamis is fast approaching. Anyone know when the LTZ250 will be released and a price?? I need to make it up to Oregon, to the dunes, went there once in the mid 70's with my old Dodge 4 X 4.

The Ozark is an even better Trail bike. We went out in the Mud (LOTS of trails with Deep Ruts) this last weekend, and that little Ozark embarrased the whole bunch of us (The Shaft drive and extra clearance helped a ton). It has enough power to get you through the Muck, but not so much that you waist all your momentum with wheel spin.
I am going to get an LTZ250 for the Wife (To ride in the sand), but we are going to Keep the Ozark for a Trail bike.
Good LUCK, we have NO regrets on the purchase of our Ozark. I personally don't think that there is a better all around 250cc Sport/Utility Class Quad available.
