Default Pro flow and aluminum air boxes?

Ok, whats the difference between a pro flow set up and getting an aluminum air box? Do both use the same shape filter? whats the difference? Thanks

Default Pro flow and aluminum air boxes?

I run a pro flow adapter on the factory air box with a K&N Filter and outer wear. To me aluminum air boxes are for show, I don't see any advantages to them other than setting you back a few bucks.

Most aluminum air boxes use two seperate air filters. Don't ask me why!

My Pingry airbox uses the K&N filter like the Pro-Flow set-up!! It works good too!!!!!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] I don't think they're for show but others will disagree!!!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] Good Luck with your decision!!! XR
