I was told that there is a Banshee sprocket hub that fits a stock Banshee axle and takesm (maybe)
Honda style sprockets?. We need to go lower in the back than 39 offered for the Banshee. We are running a 19 on the front now and need a little more gear. Like a 37 rear. Someone once told me they had one and it cost around $150. Anyone heard of this?
Thanks

19/37? wow... I think the older 4 prong style hubs fit small ones from what I hear. My 87 has a 41 on it now (4 prong) and it looks as if it could hold something much smaller

I think RPM makes the hub you are looking for.
19/39 and need more gear? How many gears did you take out to do the override.

You can machine the stock sprocket hub to accept a 38 tooth rear. We did this for my son, who races flattrack/TT. You simply have the area where the sprocket mounts turned down enough to just clear the chain when a 38 tooth is mounted. There isn't enough material to go smaller.
There are a couple of aluminum sprocket hubs on the aftermarket that accept honda bolt pattern sprockets, but are yamaha splined for the axle. These will accept a 36 tooth rear sprocket. I'm not sure, but I think Lonestar has one.

Rog
