Does the pred have limiters that are electronic? I have seen where some guy have cut the "green"wire to the CDI box to remove speed limiters - will this work on the pred? Also, i saw where a brass plate or spacer was removed from the carb for full throttle. If anyone knows about this let me know or if there are any other adjustments that do not require buying aftermarket parts. We're buying flattrack rims and tires right now and a pipe this spring.

Pull off your air filter and look down the intake while opening the throttle all the way. If it will not open completely, There is a spacer under the plate where the throttle cable comes in. Take the washer out of the exhaust too. A Uni Filter is a good investment at this point.
