The best tires for snow are rear: Ohtzus, I that's how you spell it, In other words what 400ex's come with and for front Titon Fast Trekkers. Also the Ohtzu tires come stock on a ds650 baja, and Shredders work very well in the snow too. I run rear Shredders, front Fast Trekkers, works very good. Hope this helps.

Ohtsu radials off the 400ex is what I have on my 300ex and they suck big time they just spin like crazy, they are made to grip dirt not snow. I'd say one of the best snow tires are the Pur sports Relator they grip like on dry dirt, Ohtsu Pro Wedge is great too probably better than the relator.

I have the realters on my Predator..they work MINT! Great traction in the snow..but i still find in the heavy DEEP stuff, (say 25+cm) i get stuck! Only thing i dont like about them is the lack of side traction...if you kick it sideways, it wants to keep going..not much grip that way!

You can't go wrong with rear Spidertrac, Kenda Bearclaw, or Realtors.
