I was just wondering what everyones top speed has been on thier Predator, and how you arrived at that speed (ie radar gun, someone pacing you). I've gotten mine to about 71, slight movement between 70 and 72 with stock gearing and addons listed below. I'm gonna try and put on a 36 rear for more top speed, seems like the motor is still really strong when I get her up there.

 

I'm right w/ you on top end. My guess is that w/ exhaust mods, we could go to 80-85 and still be strong

 

Wonder what it will be like when Gary at ESuperbikes gets the CDI with 1,000RPM increase built and shipped? Imaginf a 10,000 RMP Predator! They already sound sweet when your screaming down the trail!
