What are people paying OTD in Michigan, also how are they on gas campared to the 400? Top speed?Thanks.

i know that you will get more useful info, but my 00' sportsman tops out at 60 w/ a k&n & got a best of 85 miles on a tank.

While I can't tell you the economy difference in the two machines, I can tell you that I paid 6800 otd. for my 03 sp500h.o. back in Dec. of 02. I heard people tell that that was a little high, but that was also from people in the lower US. I checked several dealers before I purchase mine and it was the best deal I could find. Although I must admit, the prices were for the most part all about the same in the lower Michigan area.
