RC3- i am running the fmf power bomb header and fmf-q muffler on my 686 raptor and i am so far very happy wth the performance and quietness of this system.i have not had my system checked for db level but if it doesnt meet the 93db limit we have on the dunes where i ride in florence oregon i am sure it will be close enough to keep me out of trouble.it is good to see more riders becoming concerned about sound issues because i think that will help keep more areas open to us.where in oregon do you ride and do you ever ride at florence?,just curious.

I ride a little at Florence, but I do most all of our riding at Horsefall's riding area!

I would consider the MBRP system also, it is a polished stainless steel system that they say is around 93 or 94 db. Mine should arrive tomorrow. I ride at the Oregon dunes also, which is the main reason I chose this pipe. I will be riding the Florence area the weekend of the 22nd and 23rd.
