what is a fair price to have a frame (a-arms, frame, so on) sand blasted, zinc coated, and painted?????

I have no experience in zinc plating, but I have gotten 5+ bikes blasted and powdercoated.
$40-$60 Sand blasting frame & a-arms
$75-$150 Powdercoat frame & A-Arms (depending on color, you can spend more too on really custom colors, only because I would have to buy more powder than needed)
