What are you doing with the yosh? I have a DMC and was thinking of putting the Yoshi pipe on. My cyl head flanges are alum and bend allowing the exhaust to loosen. Among other problems I would stay if I did it over again.

well how do you like it and is it a hassel, what does it effect in the pipe when that happens(The Flangs),so are you just wanting something diffrent to try or do you want to get rid of pipe because of problems..what did you have before this pipe..

I like my pipe but i wanted to try something diffrent for a while ..

Im thinking about going from the yoshi to the sparks. I have only heard positive things from the sparks. How does power compare between the sparks and DMC Pat? Where does the power come in through the power band?

The Sparks by far kills the Alien and there is no fix that I know of because my friend that bought my Alien broke the studds off of his bike with only 2 rides and now I'm tring to remove his broken studds for him .
The Sparks power is broader and gave me more power everywhere and fit to finish is sweet and the sound is wicked..

Hey, I have the Alien. I like it as far as sound and powerband. I have never had the Yosh so I can't help you in comparason. I actually broke both of my headerbolts off. The first bolt snapped because I wrecked and the fender hit the pipe and tourqued it. I had to get the bolts lasered out because to further complicate the matter an easy-out broke off in the head as well. To hopefully fix the problem we retapped and installed Grizzly headerbolts and drilled out the flanges. I like the Alien but I don't know if it's worth the future headache and walet$$$$ ache. hope this helps.

I had an alien on two raptors. The flanges on the pipes were aluminum and would bend causing the bolts to break.Went to sparks pipes and will never go back! To fix the flange problem with dmc pipe I used the stock flanges off the stock pipe. The one needs to be shimed a little but it will slide over fine. The pipe with the heat shield, I cut the flange in half and welded back together around the pipe, works great sold the pipes and their still in use.
