Will my fender bend?

If i take the black part that connects the floorboard and the fender off will the fender droop?

yes the fender will droop. Unless you do a racemod cut to get rid of some of the weight of the plastics. Look at Talonhawks pics. His is cut and tha plastic does not droop.

Will my fender bend?

If you want to remove the black piece but don't want to shave, you could also weld a small metal bar from the frame and run a bolt throught the plastic and the bar to help support the plastic, just an idea.
