Between a 400ex, ds650, or a banshee, 250r???

now I don't really want to hear "oh my banshee will go faster than a ds.........." then you list all the mods. the facts are, a stock ds is faster than a stock banshee, and the banshee would be its closest competitor, for now anyway.

 

I'd have to agree with Big Red, fact is fact and a stock DS is faster then a Shee, but with the mods on both its hard to say.

 

so i guess that the banshee is not the fastest stock quad anymore?

 

What kind of surface are you drag racing on? Loose sand with both bikes with paddle tires I believe the Banshee will win.

 

my dad has a 87 LT500R (qaudzilla) bored +.080 over and other stuff like pipe ram valve etc etc etc anyway he raced a stock ds650 and they raced 6 times in sand my dad won 5 times lost once due to he started in nuetral. my 250r didn't have a chance.The big dog that day down there was a bnshee with pipes,paddles,stock bore,longer rod,cylinder spacer plate, my dads zilla didn't have a chance the guy would wheelie past other banshee's a last rebel 330R anything I would say he was doing 70mph the race was only about 100 yards.

 

THE DS IS NOTHING THAT EVERYONE IS SAYING. THERE IS TWO AT THE PLACE I RIDE AND I SEE THEM RACE BANSHEES ALL THE TIME. STOCK VR STOCK. I HAVE SEEN THE BANSHEE WIN MOST OF THE TIME AND THE DS COMING AHEAD SOMETIMES. I WOULD NOT WASTE MY MONEY ON A DS!!
