This should give you a basic understanding of jetting

This is what we did for our Predator 90 - not sure if it's the same for the Sportsman 90 or not.... Look on the left under the front fender for a black box - disconnect it and remove the 2 screws inside, underneath them you should see a metal limiter - remove it, replace the 2 screws and reconnect the CDI box. If it isn't there, your dealer may have removed it already. You should have the instructions in your manual as well... Good luck...

Sportsman, Sounds like you need to give me a call. As far as jetting. You need to rejet the carburetor everytime you change something in the intake or exhaust of your engine. I guess you are talking about drilling out your jets. Don't do that unless you know how. It's not hard but jets are only $4 each. Why bother unless you are trying to precession tune the machine. (dyno) Jet sizes available will be good enough for almost anyone. Jets are sized in .025mm differences. IF you need to dial in more than that, you probably know more than most anyway.
