TRex answered that one - looks like it's only on the Predator. 30 mph is all you will get out of it... Sorry.

Foneguy, Change your sprockets. You'll get alot more speed out of it, with minimum power loss.

you can go 1 tooth bigger in the front for higher speed or smaller in the rear by 3-5. thats what i did in motocross. it will do the same, either way ou will have to 1 shorten the chain or lengthen the chain.

Also would racing springs help me at all with the speed?? Trex u said i could get up to 50 mph if i get 19 in rear and 25 in front is that with any other mods? My sportman 90 is fully stocked.

Changing your sprockets will get you up in the 40's. The rev limiter and lack of power will be limiting your machine at that point. Sprocket selection should be 19-25 or 19-27.

If i get the rev limiter with that give me the 50 mph range? Also will have i to jet? And with racing springs help?

Default Cheap Mods For Polaris 90

The only time you have to jet the carburetor is if you change something involving the intake, combustion, or exhaust of the engine. The rev limiter will help a lot. It is not really nessesary to change anything in the transmission until you increase the power of the engine. Changing stuff inside the transmission will show little improvement over stock. Once you increase the power with a pipe, then you have to change the transmission.
