Along with the info CED posted, I prefer to use Mobil 1 (still 10w30) seems to run just a bit quieter. Also remember to change that oil out a couple of times a year...cheap insurance.

Aw shucks, thanks. Ignore the dirty black pipe, you should see it after Jet-Hot got a hold of it. Once things are all back together, I'll update da pics. Also have to go down and get those Hooter's girls to smile again.

Meant to ask you Mod, what did it run you for the Jet Hot on your header pipe?

It's the new style ATV8 HPD race pipe, 3 pieces. I sent it in very dirty, for $131 they shipped all three pieces back looking better than new. I have my Predator header pipe to do. I think Heapster said they only charged him around $75 for that....quite a bit smaller. Can't believe the improvement.

yea, i just changed my counterbalance oil also, i havnt since i bought it in 2000 oopps, lukily, it still had an adequate amnt. of oil in it, my dealer told me if your counterbalance goes baserk (something goes wrong) its almost like your piston went out, so yea its a good thing to keep an eye on it and change it often, especially in wet/muddy conditions i hear.

Haz!
