Default just asked one simple thing

all i need too know is on the rope start or recoil.. wear it bolts to motor what is the distance from bolt to bolt on a scrambler 400.... seen 50 or more people have looked at my post called ( torque plate please look ) out of those 50 or more people could please take 2 minutes measure the bolt distance for me would be great PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEE...............

Which bolts do you mean. I think there is 8 of them in a circle type formation. do you want the distances between each of them, or am I talking about the wrong thing. All of the distances in the bolt pattern are different.

want to put a torque p0late on my quad. only ones i found go to 400s. just want to compare bolt patterns to see if i could modify one to fit mine. they are to differ to modify to make one work

Here are the measurements you are looking for off my 2000 Scrambler 400 4x4. These are approximate measurements because it was in tight quarters and the recoil wasn't off the machine where I could measure from the back. I took measurements from the bottom left bolt( call it #1)then went clockwise to the last bolt(call it #9)which was the bottom center one. Between #1-#2(2 3/4"), Between #2-#3(2 5/8"), Between #3-#4( 3"), Between #4-#5(3 1/8"), between #5-#6(3 1/8"), between #6-#7(3 3/8"), between #7-#8(2 3/8"), between #8-#9(2 7/16"), between #9-#1(3 7/16"). The measurements should be within and 1/8". Hope this helps.
