Default Sportsman light pod rubbing

Has anyone had the same problem with their headlight pod rubbing their gas tank? Mine has rubbed a pretty good grove in both sides of the top of my tank. Is there anyway to stop this?

Have you rolled it or anything? My magnum did that after I rolled it because the steering stem was bent back, making the pod and everything bend back. It got so bad that the choke would hit the gas cap and shut the motor off.

No It hasn't been rolled. Matter of fact a friend just bought a new 700 and it's rubbing to but not as bad as mine. It's when you turn it hard the bottom of the pod rubs the tank top
