The St.Croix Forest trails are still closed - with this snow/sleet/rain its hard to think they will open anytime soon. The Forest roads are open - along with the Gandy Dancer trail - but thats about as boring as riding down the freeway.
Then you have to ask if it be 90 degrees or snowing? It's that time of year.

Hey Mudboger -
Sup? My daughter might be home from college this weekend and she's interested in another ride. - how techical are these trails? The gravel pit I already know about...

I'm back to 80%. I've done some flying and some motorcycling, (no skydiving) we put about 20 miles on the quads up and down the Gandy Dancer on the 7th. It's getting better - slowly.
We bought a Honda 250 Recon to replace that Polaris 90. But I did find the starting problem on that one - it was the spark plug wire. It starts great now but it still seems to struggle with acceleration - like it could use a accelerator pump or something. Now the other daughter has moved back home so looks like I'll need a 5th quad. Where I'll put it I have no clue.
Let me know next time you guys are putting together a ride. Next time I promise to make it less exciting.
