Bombardier selling atv division

Does anyone have more information on bombardier selling their atv and watercraft divisions??It is on the atv action site...

I seen in Star Tribune in MN , that Polaris,Yamaha,Honda and Bombardier's family are going to bid on it.

me as a dealer we just receive a letter from the president saying that the competion would not be allow to buy the company.the family will be involve in the purchase.
