Speed kit. Header/exhaust system, air filter, jet kit, and clutck kit. $500-$600. Just snap the throttle and your in a wheelie. I never liked the kneeling on the seat trick for two reasons; first your feet belong on the pegs/floorboard, and second it just seems like cheating.

Stand up and put your feet all the way back on the floor boards against the rear mud flaps. Traveling just a couple miles an hour floor it and jerk back. This works great for me on my wifes stock Scrambler 500 4x4.
Good luck!

all i did was adjust the suspension, just a few turns of the ring. since then i am able to get wheelies up to like 50 feet. before i did this i could not get the front end to budge. adjusting the rear suspension also helps for hill climbing, makes it less prone to flip. i'll get some video of the wheelies and show you guys.

I have never ridden a 500 Scrambler. I have had a Trail Blazer 250, my dad's Trail Blazer 250, and now my wife's Trail Boss and my Scrambler 400X. I can wheelie all of them about as far as I want (with the exception of the Trail Boss). These are/ were all stock (dad's Trail Blazer has 24's on the rear). I just rode them a little while, got the feel for the clutch engagement and when power comes on, and then gas, pull, and go. The Scrambler is real easy. I don't have to pull on it.

The biggest thing is timing, there is a small delay from when you gun it 'til when you should pull it up. Just keep practicing, once you get it down you'll be golden.
