Just checking to see if you got them pistons you made in yet and the boost up? You better get some velcro on the seat to help keep yourself from sailing off! LOL

Prairiewrench,
Yes the new pistons are in I tested it last weekend. Before with stock pistons it had way to much out of the hole power, hard to keep the wheels from spinning. Also it over fueled at 3/4 to full throttle causing low detonation.

Now with the new pistons the power with the 1 3/4 screw is now at 74hp instead of 84 this is with the new cams plus I can use all the throttle without detonation. I ran up to 12 psi before it started to get hot with water injection I will be able to boost to 18psi. The horse power is down somewhat but the trade off is a more useable powerband. Instead of having to hang onto something on take off I can actually control the power better. Mind you it is still a pretty hairy take off with a very strong pull right through to top end. I can reach full rpm in 4.3 seconds or 72mph in a space of 150 ft.this is also with 27inch Outlaws. If I get time this weekend I am going to install the 2inch screws maybe the 2 1/4 inch screws to see what difference there might be. If I am lucky the largest impeller will put me in the 90hp range. Oh yes the new pistons reduced the compression to 6.02 - 1 perfect for the Super Charger. I also picked up a water injection system from a souped up Neon that I will work on the adaptation tomorow if wifey lets me LOL.
