I currently have two polaris units an older 350 4wd and 98 350. I wanted something that would be faster and handle better while still getting through rougher terrain on long trail rides. I like the automatic, so should I stick with a polaris or go with the new KFX 700.

 

If it is a quick 4x4 you want ... I would suggest a P650....
If it is a quick sport quad ... one that can get scary fast in a hurry ... then I suggest the KFX

My quad before the P650 was a Polaris 500HO. It was a good quad.... really liked the ride.
but not in the same class as the P650 for preformance. The P650 will excellerate to 40mph,
and come to a complete stop, is less distance than it takes the 500HO to get to 40mph.

 

Thanks for you reply. I guess since I have always had a 4wd unit I don't know how much I would be giving up going to the KFX 700. Will the KFX make it though most terrain or will I miss the 4wd?

 

I belonged to the "gotta have 4x4" club for years. .....

but ... with the exception of the mud bogs....My best friends Rappy was going every where that I was going.

I have been on three rides this spring with the KFX. I let someone else ride my P650 (tow truck). I got stuck twice on those three outings.. Both time testing limits of a sport bike....and I add....the P650 got stuck in the same places. ( high centered ..... should not have driven either bike into ruts that deep [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

So .... summary .... from my exprence of having both types of bikes..... If I could only have one now.... it would
be the KFX ....

 

if you wanta bigger quad you could go with the Prarie 700 now!!
