Bought my first Quad the other day, just waiting for my new tires before I pick it up, I got the 400i and from what I have been reading on here I made the right choice. We will be riding with some Grizzlies, an older Cat (98) and a new outlander, and possibly an older Kodiak so we have a good group to play with. I want to try to do a comparrison to the outlander (in the mud) because of the ground clearance difference 12 inches compared to 9.3 I think the Cat should do better, but I guess we will see.

 

A good rider will beat ground clearnace anyday. Not saying your not, just speaking the truth.
