My son's 2003 Polaris Sportsman 90 can't go through hardly any water without getting the plug wet and stalling. I've made sure the factory plug cover is on good..... but it keeps doing it. Does anyone know a fix for this to keep that darn plug dry???

 

I have(my son) a 2001 scrambler 90 and do not have any problems with the water causing plug problems. Maybe you have something else going on. Its an 03 so if still under warranty have the dealer diagnois and fix the problem. My son was is almost 2 feet of water today. It was about 2" inder the breather tube and he pulled right out and kept truck'in.
