Anyone ever did rings on a TB 250 (2 Stroke)? Can you get the jug and head off with the motor left in the frame?

If you remove the tank cowling, tank and head then there is room to pull the cylinder. It is tight getting a wrench on the base nuts but it can be done.

How do you tighten the base bolts (Tourque?)? It looks too tight to get a tourque wrench in to the nots.
