I read about a guy that paid $5199 for a new Kodiak 450 4x4. Is that reasonable? The retail is $6199. Seems like a big discount. What is a reasonable price to pay for a new one?

 

I just got a quoted price of $6000 with winch already insatlled. No dickering has taken place yet, so it may wind up being cheaper...

 

I paid 5800 for my 450 Kodiak. Then added all the extras like $60 winch, hot grips, roller fairlead, 60" cycle country plow w/electric lift, and warn handle bar winch switch and of course setup and tax came to a total of $6950. So I feel I did pretty good.
