The retail is $6199, what are people actually paying for these?

I paid $5400.00 cash in kingsport tn.

 

I am also looking to purchase a '03 Kodiak 450. Someone in here suggested lakehillmotors.com. They are $1000 cheaper than here in Ca. The only trouble is getting it shipped from Ms. The salesman said he used to be able to ship to Ca., but the whining Ca dealers got Yamaha to stop him. Paid $5500 out the door........ tax, title, and ORV sticker here in mid-Michigan around the beginning of January (after intense negotiations w/my local dealer). Don't see 'em in the showroom anymore and it's proving to be a good machine. American Hunter (NRA) just gave the Kodiak 450 their golden bullseye "ATV of the Year" for 2003.
