I went out to a local park sunday to do a lil riding with my buddy, we rode for a while, and then decided to load up and go home. Well we parked in this large field with a pretty long straight in it, so I wanted to open my V up and see what she had. I made a few runs on it and a guy on a banshee comes up and starts talkin to me and askin how I liked it and all, and he asked how fast it was, and I said it feels quick but I never raced anyone for real in a long straight. He was like lets go then, the first run I wheelie BAD and he jumps me off the line and I pass him shortly after and I only beat him by a quad length. Second race I get a awesome start and beat him by 3+ lengths, and the Third and final run we both get good starts and I beat him by a few lengths but notice that he is gaining on me in the very top end, so I think a shee has a little more top speed, but I flat out smoke him off the line. I asked him what he had done and he said it had a full pro circuit exhaust system, jet kit, K&N, and a few other bolt-on's with diff sprokets. I raced it a lil in the sand a while back, but it didnt get good starts, it just sat at the line spiining. Oh well, I was pleased and that made me love this thing that much more.

 

Congratulations! I cant wait until i get some pipes that will add some top end, then this thing will rock even more than it dos now.

 

I keep losing to my old DS650 it's driving me crazy, I cannot wait for the CDI and snorkle to come out and maybe the 785 kit will even it up.

No the DS650 had a White bros pipe,CDI,K&N Jet kit,K&N Filter,
