I just ordered a new battery and a helmet from these guys are they reliable.

yes, Rocky Mtn is probably one of the most reliable dealers, & also the most reasonably priced ones, especially for tires. They also have a fast delivery system since they inventory most of what they sell.

I had a hard time with r.m.a.t.v. on a tire order.
first they sent the tire and rims with a rear sprocket boxed with them and damaged the hell out of the alum. rims so i sent them back. then when they resent the order they forgot the tires. by this time its already a week later and i had missed a major race because of this hassle, so when i called them and told them i just wanted to return it all they wanted to charge a restocking fee of 20% or 30% for there screw-up ....B.S.

I only deal with them for tires, my complaint with them is that they don't always mount my paddle tires evenly on the rims. Meaning that with the bolt holes in the wheel lined up, the paddles don't.
