Anyone ever heard anything good or bad about Kenz Cycle Tech in Mesa, Az? I'm thinking of having him build me one of his 720 kits. I'm having 02 gears installed and I figured since the cases are split I'd go with a 720. He talks a good game. Anyone heard anything?

I hear that he is very good with head work, but lousy with keeping his deadlines! Everyone that I have talked to said he gives awesome work....Just don't give it to him in a hurry to get it back!

He can talk the talk, but I am still skeptical about him. Check with KMDuner and AZsand. How much HP was he claiming out of his 720 kits? I know he always tells the story of his dyno reading low and he would rather tell a customer low HP but feel impressed than tell high HP and not be impressed.

I can’t speak about personal raptor mods done by Ken but his 770(it was all black I believe) was supposedly pretty fast at fsw2 but the driver had to leave before the finals The work he did on my banshee as well as Roostkings and a couple of other 2 strokes is awesome, RK won a trophy at the Safford sand drags. I think he doesn’t mean to go past deadlines; he just wants to make sure his work is done right and doesn’t want a unhappy customer. I have heard him say that on numerous occasions. Stop by and talk to him or call him and talk to him, then decide what’s best.

I didn't want to sound like I was bashing the guy, I simply have been talking to a bunch of engine builders and they all sound the same after a while.
