Default Flooding Problem?

I've got a 2000 Kodiak 2wd. This has only happened twice and I am not sure what it is. After riding for a short period of time and I turn it off, it wont start back up. It seems to be dumping fuel into the cylinder. My spark plug gets saturated. Im getting good fire. I ride a couple of times a week usually. I normally don't turn off my fuel when i'm not using it. Could this be part of the problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Default Flooding Problem?

float valve sticking?
Does it leak out the over-flow tube also?
