my 400ex will smoke most of your raptors......
I thought that would get some attention.
2001 400ex, KMS turbo system, alcohol fuel injection, intercooler, adding NOS and custom paint this week...
Dyno HP #'s
stock 400ex -27hp
Add KMS turbo (6/lbs boost) - 42hp
Add Krazy tip porsche exhaust - 45hp
Add Intercooler - 65hp
Add fuel injection - 85hp (fuel injection allows us to go to 12/lbs boost)
Add NOS system (not sure on hp, maybe 110/112 hp) ??????????

I brought this up in this forum, because they are working on a turbo system for raptors. I might have to trade my 400ex in soon, until then I will just keep smoking people at the dunes.....

they gained 15 HP with the turbo then gained 20 more just from an intercooler? i know intercoolers help but it doesn't seem that it should have added more HP than just the turbo. And I think I might have to agree with airraptor and chet about doubling the HP. I'd like to know what the total cost of this setup was, cuz 2500 bucks just for 41 hp to start out is reallllly steep

i doubt it would lift the head (or a certain builder has found a solution to that problem). Ive heard of a 90 horse 505ex running around. The problem they had was breaking the cases, rather then seperating the head

Yeah I heard they wear out the cases really fast when you give em some hp.

Call me crazy, but I don't think I would buy a turbo system for a Raptor from someone that puts a picture of a 90cc Raptor up and then puts the specs to a 660 under it!!!
Unless they are getting that kind of HP from a 90cc ATV....
My bad I thought the lil Rappy was a 90 its actually an 80
