what is this tire???

hey guys, ive found this tire and want to know some more info on it. it is a .125 BLUE LABEL 8X8 4. what is that??? thanks.

what is this tire???

its not a tire its a wheel (rim) its .125 which is very easy to bend, blue label made by douglas, 8x8 being the size of the rim hight and width, 4. on whatever is the bolt pattern
