Default buying new cats

I'm in the market for 2 new quads so the whole family has one of their own and we can go on weekend trail rides. I've pretty much decided on the 400i 4x4 for myself and a 250 for my son.(my wife then gets her 01 250 recon to herself ,my daughter will get the kasea 90 from my son and the old 86 fourtrax will be retired to guest use..I'm looking for advice on..1....Whats a good price on those 2 bikes?? my local dealer quotes 5650$ on the 400 and 3800$ on 250 as out the door prices..How much can I negoiate off?? ..2..Is there anything on the 04's thats worth waiting for??? when are they due out?? ..3..pros and cons on automatic vs manual.....any advice appreciated..thanks and happy trails..

if the dealer says thats out the door try asking for a cargo box with a seat and a couple of helmets or maybe some beter tires or evan a winch or somthing like that and see what he says then all he can say is no thats my best deal. then you say thank you im gonna go look at some other quads and check out there prices also i'll get back to you. if he wants the sale he wont loose it for a couple of hundred bucks.
